1. Service Overview

All Aspect Property Maintenance Company provides commercial property maintenance services exclusively for business properties. Services include parking lot sweeping, snow plowing, porter cleaning, power washing, and commercial landscaping. All work is performed on commercial properties only; we do not provide residential services.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on an on-site assessment, property size, condition, frequency of service, and specific service requirements. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling and Service Windows

We make every effort to perform services at agreed-upon times. However, scheduling may be affected by weather conditions, equipment maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. For snow plowing and weather-dependent services, response times are prioritized but cannot be guaranteed due to the unpredictable nature of storms.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate property access information and instructions
  • Ensuring adequate access to service areas (parking lots, walkways, etc.)
  • Removing or securing any items that may interfere with maintenance work
  • Notifying us of any underground utilities or hazards
  • Timely payment for services rendered

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the service agreement. Invoices are typically due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current. We accept check, ACH transfer, and other arrangements as specified in your contract.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Service cancellations or rescheduling requests should be provided with at least 24 hours notice when possible. Emergency cancellations due to weather or safety concerns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Seasonal contracts may have specific cancellation terms outlined in the agreement.

7. Liability and Insurance

All Aspect Property Maintenance Company carries general liability insurance for commercial property maintenance work. We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, damage caused by third parties, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Property owners must notify us of any sensitive areas or special requirements prior to service.

8. Limitation of Liability

All Aspect Property Maintenance Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question during the preceding 12 months.

9. Website Use
